Mazzanti Automobili is a 100% made in Italy racing and collector car manufacturer. After more than 20 years of research and development, of prototypes and exclusive one-off unique pieces sold in different countries of the world, the continuous (but always hand-made) production of a limited number of Evantra Millecavalli specimens is now starting, the hypercar already known and appreciated among passionate collectors, technicians, drivers and major influencers in the automotive world.

Mazzanti Automobili, thanks to a careful management always rewarded by the customer-collector who self-finances the construction of his car, has a solid cash flow and high profitability (EBITDA +50%).

At the helm of the company is Luca Mazzanti, an entrepreneur with consolidated experience in the automotive sector, including that of a historic and racing car restorer. Just to give some examples, it has brought back to life some of the most important and iconic cars in the history of the automobile, from the Cisitalia 202 exhibited at the MoMa in New York, to the official Ferrari 500 Mondial, from the Alfa Tz to the Abarth bodied by Zagato, also passing by the Maserati 450 Costin-Zagato, a unique example with which Sir. Sterling Moss participated in the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1957.

Thanks to this collection of equity crowdfunding it is now possible to invest in the first Italian manufacturer in this niche of collectible cars and share their value creation.

Development strategy to increase production – The company aims to continuously distribute at least 5 newly produced cars per year, in such a way as to increase production but on levels still manageable at the artisan level. This strategy allows to further expand the international markets served up to now, thanks to many agreements already in progress towards the United States, Taiwan, Korea, China and many others. In addition, the increase in cars sold will allow ancillary services to be provided such as assistance in every country in the world.

Solid team with proven experience in the sector – In addition to Luca Mazzanti, Valter Rostagno, historical test driver of the Lancia Martini, Tonino Cecere, who worked in Formula 1, and many other prestigious names related to the automotive sector (focus in the section) ‘Team’.

Potential future listing – The company aims, in the short to medium term, to list its own financial instruments and the company itself on regulated markets.

Mazzanti Automobili has invested all its energy from the outset in the study, design, project, technical research, selection of suppliers, attraction of the best automotive skills. The main results achieved are:

• Recognizable, high value, very attractive brand and firmly expressive of the value of a unique and inimitable product;
• Concrete economic-financial balance, thanks to careful management always rewarded by the customer-collector who self-finances the construction of his car, offering Mazzanti Automobili a linear cash flow and adequate profitability (Ebitda + 30%);

So far Mazzanti Automobili has produced about 15 cars, highly sought after and sought after by track lovers and collectors of unique pieces.

Use of proceeds

Mazzanti Automobili’s industrial plan is well defined in two directions: the continuous development of new car models, and the continuous limited edition production (up to 25 copies) of each model. The resources raised in this capital increase will be invested as follows:

• 20% in R&D and in attracting new talent;
• 20% in promotion, communication and brand awareness globally on off and online channels;
• 20% in technical procedures (approvals, patents, registrations of intellectual property rights and intellectual property);
• 40% in working capital for the simultaneous production of at least three hypercars, in order to reach and maintain the production level of 5 cars per year.
